When do I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed on a business day before 6:00 PM the same day. This usually means that your order will be delivered the next day. Follow your order via the Track&Trace code.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?

Of course! After sending your order, we will send an email with a Track & Trace code. You can enter this code on the carrier’s website. With this you can follow your package to your front door!

Do I pay shipping costs?

For an order above €35 you don’t have to no to pay shipping costs. Do you place an order below this amount? Then we charge costs for the shipment. You can find these costs on the overview page of your order.

How can I use my discount code?

YAY DISCOUNT! During checkout it is possible to add the discount code. After entering your discount code you will immediately see whether it has been applied.

I can't pay, what should I do now?

Ooo annoying! Check whether you have sufficient balance in your checking account. Also check if your internet connection is still active. Still can’t figure it out? Contact us.

Do I pay safely with you?

Of course! We think it is very important to have a secure payment environment. To guarantee you a safe payment environment, we work together with Mollie Payments. With us you can pay in different ways.

Within how many days can I return?

You can return your order up to 14 days after the date of receipt. The order must be unopened and undamaged. To return the order you can contact us via the email address info@loyalprotein .

We will contact you within 24 hours and send you a return form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. You must bear the costs for the return shipment.

Can I also exchange?

It is not possible to exchange a product. It is, however, possible to return your product and order it again in a different variation.

Geez how annoying! We strive to have every product we offer in stock. Unfortunately, delivery problems can arise, which means that the products are sometimes not available. Usually all products are back in stock within 1 week. Message us for an update!
